I have been using Duaklir Genuair for 2 years and it works great for me. I also use Pulmicort and Bricanyl. I have had severe copd for 20 years and these inhalers work the best for me. I have chronic bronchitis and cough a lot. My doctor put me on Gabapentin and Daxas and I barely cough anymore which also makes me less short of breath. I hope you find something that works for you
