What Causes Cramp And What Works To Helps To Cope With It?
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've recently started getting cramp in the soles of my feet that also twists my toes and sometimes also in my hands. It's extremely painful.

More water certainly helps. Some people drink pickle juice and swear by it, others take a teaspoon of mustard, and still others put a bar of soap under the sheets at the bottom of the bed. Each one of these remedies has its supporters. Me? I just stand up, get rid of the cramp and go back to sleep.

I am getting cramps on my toes, and legs, yes they are very painful, people have suggested potassium supplements, or drink more water, i am trying both, i think i am getting the cramps less.

I also get leg and feet cramps. I started using Pure Magnesium Oil in a spray bottle that I purchased at a Health Food Store...Just spray it on the bottom of your feet...has worked pretty well for me
