Sounds like he may not have your best interests at heart.....another doc could be more interested in you.

I'd be looking for a new doctor and a new facility. I just let mine go last month. Asked stupid questions and made no sense at all. I had better knowledge of the disease than he did. I quit, took myself off all meds including inhalers. Started total homeopathic and only use my portable concentrator at night....I feel fine. Doing some adjusting for possible heat attack, but no meds for that either....Best wishes...go slow don't make yourself miserable because someone else wants deep pockets. Breath easy...

Yes, there are doctors like that! They are only interested in the Benjamins! I've met a few myself. But I didn't let them get away with it! I always bring it to their attention. I let them know to work on my problem at hand! we can talk more about the other situations later. All doctors are not good doctors! Some is just about money, and not your health. That's why it's always good to get second opinions. My doctor always bring up sleep study with me. But I told her that I don't feel that I need it! But that I will think about it. Sometimes, you have to think for yourself...And don't let some of these doctors screw up your mind, with precedures, you may not even need. Because I've been there done that, and almost lost my eye sight in my left eye. So. I know what I'm talking about! Just be careful. Be Bless!
