I have my own thoughts on this but According to the oxygen home delivery folks,...

You should never use an oil, or petroleum based product while using oxygen, this includes lip balms to body lotion, (such as Vasoline, Vicks Vaporub, Chapstick are all bad choices).

You will want to stay away from the following ingredients in products:
Petrolatum, Petroleum, Paraffin, and also stay away from emollients, emollients are not flammable themselves, but they do act as an accelerant, increasing the speed of ignition and intensity of a fire when the fabric with residue from these products are dried on it is ignited. (Lipstick is another bad thing to use)

Any water based products would be fine, "Water-based" means water is the first ingredient on the label.

Good Safe Examples for lip balms such as:

*KY-jelly
*AquaGel
*Burts Bees

Safe Water based lotions:
*Aloe Vera Lotion - Just make sure the ingredients don't contain the aforementioned bad things (petrolatum, pefferin etc) as some knock offs will and do contain the very thing you are looking to avoid. While one brand may be called Aloe Vera and be exactly what you looking for, another named Aloe Very may not: always check the ingredients
*CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion

there are many more out there, just focus on them not containing the aforementioned bad stuff and that they list water as the first ingredient and this will help you pick the right lotion or lip balm.
