They also have generics ..not sure about Spiriva. My friend in Missouri orders her meds from this site. It is Canadian and she saves a lot of money. You need a prescription to begin with .... They are very helpful when you contact them. You order 3 months at a time. DrugMartDirect.com

I contacted them 1st. I then got a prescription from my dr. I scanned the script on my computer then emailed/sent to them. Placed my order and then mailed the script to them. They are very helpful. If you get a script, you can call them and they will help you through the process.Their phone # is (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) Toll Free

I am presently taking Breo Ellipta and Incruse Ellipta. My pulmonologist told me that Incruse would take a few weeks to have full effect. I, personally found that after a couple of weeks, it was the best inhaler I have used! Hope this is helpful

Wow. This just proves the point that we are all wired a little differently 😊. I am allergic to one of the compounds in Spiriva. After an ER visit I was changed to Advair about 5 years ago. No problems. Then 6 months ago I was at max dose and having problems with breathing showed up on tests.

ADDED Incruse 62.5 to daily meds and within a few days I noticed my breathing was better. Sorry it isn't working for you.

Every time Medicare quits covering one of my meds it turns out that a generic will be available within 6 months or so. Check to see if that is happening for Spiriva. If it is, your doc can send a letter to Medicare asking for a special extension of coverage until the generic is available.

You can also contact Spiriva's manufacturer and see if they have any discount coupons. Lots of times you can get $25/month coupon pricing for up to 12 months.

Good luck. Don't give up. Don't let one rejection get you down. I kept "respectfully requesting" letters every week until I got it.

You have to be your own patient advocate in today's medical environment.

I went through the same change of meds.Spiriva worked much better for me then these Incruse ellipta. Medicare and my supplement insurances wouldn't pay for Spiriva anymore. Breathing is more difficult and been getting frequent flare ups every since the change.
