Im on Bi-Pap at night as well, and getting up and taking it off, I too have a bit of shortness of breath for a little while. What is a Trilogy Machine

A Trilogy machine is like a bi-pap, but a bit more sophisticated and has more personalized settings. Both machines help you blow of the CO2 that you're not getting rid of.

Hi John...I thought I already answered this but it must of disappeared - I also have a bipap machine - You should have your settings adjusted... I believe a Trilogy machine is like a bipap machine..
