If the numbers are side by side the physically larger number is the oxygen. You can tell which is which by putting it on your finger and watching the numbers move. Oxygen cannot be over 100 and if you have COPD it probably wont be over 94 unless you're on oxygen.

The one that says pr is your pulse rate
The one that says Spo2 is your oxygen level

One is your pulse and the other is your blood oxygen
