I have hot showers, but I can't soak in a hot bath for long, otherwise I get light headed and dizzy very quickly.

Be very careful where steam is concerned , for me it is deadly but you could be different best thing to do to find out is sit in a steamy room at home and see how you reaction But make sure you have some one with you who can look after you and a inhaler on standby.

It depends. Some people can manage the steam just fine and it actually makes the, feel better; others have an awful time. The only way to know is to try it and see. When you do try it, make sure you're within easy reach of the exit so you can get out quick if you need to. You'll probably know as soon as you go in whether it will work for you or not.
