Absolutly, sometimes I have to sit down and breath after I bend over so I don't fall over, lol.

yes. seems like small tasks like putting on my jeans, or socks and even taking a shower washing my hair. frustrates me greatly.

I find that holding my breath when I bend over and sitting on my bed which is lower than my chair makes a big difference. Take a deep breath and hold.

I do...just bending over taking items out of lower kitchen cabinets...and getting dressed in the mornings...usually just have to opt for a dress or nightgown...It's so embarrassing to me...I too thought I was the only one...Cutting toe nails...oh my Gosh...
