I ware a Fitbit watch .i walked 2018 miles last year I walk an average of 5.8 miles a day every day .but 6 years ago I could only walk 2 blocks a day after heart attack .then have COPD so you can do it . LETS GO

@A MyCOPDTeam Member I sure wish I could join in. I am now a fall risk. I fall constantly. Even walking with a cane in the house I fall. When I was 16 I had a car wreck. 2 days after the wreck I ended up in the hospital. The wreck, well, I jumped out of the car 15 feet before the car went through a house. 2 days later I ended up in the hospital. There was a damage to the equilibrium part of my brain. For some reason this is acting up again.
The loss of my dear friend Norma has really touched my soul. We kept in touch PM and phone. And then my other blessed friend let me know that she is in heaven with the Angels. Thank you Marilyn.
