Can Anyone Give Me Info About The Inogen POC, What Do You Like, How Is Company To Deal With
My second Phillips simply go packed it in , I'm not wanting to take a risk on another one.
I have two Inogen concentrators. One is the Inogen G3 which is a pulse concentrator and the other is the Inogen At Home Continuous flow unit. I have two batteries for my G3. One is the standard battery which gives you about 4 hours on a setting of 2. The other battery is the extended battery which gives you about 9 hours on a setting of 2. The At Home unit has settings of 1 to 5 on a continuous flow. It's a lot quieter than the Devilblis that our local oxygen supplier had me using and also half the weight (18#). I've only had them for about 3 months now, but they are performing very well. The G3 has settings of 1 to 5 pulse, Inogen also makes the G4 which only goes 1 to 3. I almost bought that one, but I figured down the road I would need more than 3.
I have an Imogen oxygo portable. It’s great. I can travel with it. It’s rechargeable and you can use it while it’s charging. It weighs 5 pounds so is like carrying a purse.
Inogen has a pretty good reputation. They honor their warranties and will fix problems under warrantee. No POC is designed to be used 24/7 and if you really use them beyond their capability they do tend to die pretty quickly.
I have had my inogen portable concentrator for several years and have had no problems with it. I really do like mine.
Im on the Inogen g3 .just put on it recently i find it very good ..Its suits as it like the size of a handbag and theres great battery life in it ..Hope this helps x
