Has Anyone Had Their Medication Stop Working?
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

Have been on Anoro since November and it was working very well. Was hospitalized in January with pneumonia. Bought a treadmill and been doing (almost daily) 35-50 minutes. Energy level has been good. Thank you all, especially Jean....never; gave an exacerbation a thought. I was thinking more on the line of the medication or allergies. Am going to my GP today.

I find that the first half of Anoro doses work great but when I get to day 15 or so the medication does not work as good.. I plan on mentioning this to my doctor as well! I was wondering if anyone else felt the same

It sounds like an exacerbation to me. I think you need to see your doc. Just because you don't have pneumonia doesn't mean that something isn't going on, and I think your lack of energy and cough are clear indications that your COPD symptoms have increased. That's the definition of an exacerbation: when your symptoms increase and it takes some medical intervention to get over whatever you have.
