I thank that if you had to be on oxygen for 10 years 24/7 then you will have to cont. unless you get an transplant I am on oxygen 24/7 I hate it but it is what it is I am sorry for the bothof us so please breath easy my friend

If you have needed oxygen for 10 years, what makes you think it would be ok to just stop on it ?? I can see lowering the amount of o2 liters, and see for yourself how you feel. I don't think it's a good Think to just stop cold turkey. Work into things. You don't want to get yourself into trouble. Test it out, I think you will find out what you can, and can not do.
