Always be aware and mention to health professionals but try not to worry it exascerbates your condition when your sat comfortably there are exercises you can do that strengthen the lung muscles silly things like inhaling and holding your breath if your gasping away breath into a paper bag I was also encouraged to go swimming these may sound ridiculous but the truth is they teach u 'controlled breathing' longer deeper breaths so your oxygen intake is increased in each breath I was taught many exercises ass child to help with my breathing hope these help xx

The nurses always freak out when they see my ox level that low. I am used to it and just sit and smell the cake and blow out the candles until it comes back to over 90. Nothing else i can do at this time.
