Nebulizers don’t cut it with me. I hate doing it and then get no effect. So I don’t use it which was a constant frustration to the head of my pulmonary rehab team

I don't know what it means, but pulmonary told me I was in stage 4 and if I don't quit smoking and use a c pap at night that I would die in 6 months. Well they gave me a trilogy machine and it's up to me to quit cigs. Not so hard to quit. So far it's been impossible to stay quit. I stay so depressed. This disease has control of what I can do now. I agree with this. If you don't want to quit then you won't. Wouldn't it follow then that if you don't quit it's not because you can't but because you won't. It takes work for most people. I'm not… read more
