I've tried pursed lip breathing while running, I almost pass out.Doesn't help a lick.
Took me two years to get to this point. I didn't think I could run either. I started just walking.
Nebulizers don’t cut it with me. I hate doing it and then get no effect. So I don’t use it which was a constant frustration to the head of my pulmonary rehab team
Hi I have been on oxygen for over a year now 24/24 i been working hard on losing weight, rehab, and doing what is asked from me, they check often but i wonder, can one ever get to get off oxygen or is it to stay.

use a humidifier! at night for sleep (keep it close) close bedroom door for best results
When is it decided or how, that you go on oxygen? Newly diagnosed but not not coping very well.
