You can buy them at most drug stores, Walmart, Target, etc. You can also buy them on-line. The don't work with dry powder inhalers and aren't necessary with mist inhalers. They work with HFA inhalers.

believe it or not i had to have a prescription to get one. The drug store i use,
Walgreens, carries them here in AR. I suppose they help get the mist to your lungs although i did not know about them for years after i started using inhalers. I really cant tell a difference but my pulmonologist really wants me use it so i do,
