I don't think that's related to COPD. It could be because you're dehydrated and need to drink more water.

Yes, I use Hempz lotion works great for dry skin and wonders for eczema.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member , yes my dermatologist put me on a presc. for the flaky, dry skin on forhead and also my hands. (2 ointments mix together pea size and rub in morn and night for 5 days, then apply vaseline for 5 days morn and night.) Hope this helps you.

Livingstar mine is to but I think thats from wearing masks at work, 8-12 hours a day--and the oil in pores becomes hard little bumps
