I cannot eat if I do eat more than two meals I vomit and/or ave diarrhea. My stomach is hard as a rock it feels swelled. Has this happened to anyone else?

I am currently taking Spiriva and Symbicort daily. The costs have skyrocketed. I can save $100 if I switch to Trelegy. Question is, will it be as effective? I'm a little worried to change over so any opinions would be welcomed. My doctor is willing to let me try. Thanks.

I've heard people talking about using nose pillows at night. I have no idea what they are, how they are used and if they are OTC or by prescription only.

I quit smoking about 3 weeks ago after my 3rd hospitalization and a breathing test that showed my lungs only work at 18%, how come my breathing hasn’t improved or seems like it’s gotten worse since I quit smoking?
