Does The Fatigue Make An Environmemnt Where Staying In Bed Is Preferable. But This Laziness Is Offset By Cooking?

You can live well with COPD or you can exist with it. One of the things most people with COPD figure out at some point is that what YOU do is way more important than any medications or treatments you can be prescribed. Exercise, diet and weight control, healthy eating, vaccines and a positive attitude combined with an active life is required for living well. My recommendation is to have your fatigue evaluated by your pulmonologist to be sure there's nothing causing it that requires treatment and then discuss establishing a daily exercise program you can work your way into, starting where you are. As you get stronger, your fatigue will diminish and you'll be able to do a lot more, including cooking. Cooking is just one of the things you'll be able to do. Pulmonary Rehab is a good idea, but you can do this on your own at home, too. Just get moving!
