My advice to you @A MyCOPDTeam Member is to not try anything else until you have asked your pulmonologist, and if you don't have a pulmonologist--get one. They know how to treat diseases of the lungs. Good luck!

Try True Blow. 2 puffs twice a day. Been using it for2/3 years it does help.

You do need to talk with your pulmonologist. The Stiolto may be working, but you may need something in addition to it, like a corticosteroid. There are a number of those. FYI, the Respimat is the delivery system; Stiolto is the med. Stiolto is a med in a class of meds that is a combination of a long acting muscarinic agent and a long acting beta agonist (LAMA/LABA). Anoro, Bevespi and Utibron are all meds in the same class, so there are choices for you. You may also want to try Trelegy instead; it's the LAMA/LABA combination with an inhaled corticosteroid added.

Both a friend and I are now on the Spiriva Respimat vapour.l 2.5 micrograms. I was on the green capsules but the vaporiser has seritide In it. Usually asthma and emphysema go hand-in-hand and both need to be treated separately but I find it very successful without having to use a puffer just Ventolin. Also it’s only once a day two sprays once a day. Ventolin when needed. Hope that helps you Tony.
