I do that. i use two 25 foot hoses. Run thru dryer till pliable, take out and pull on them. It stops the from getting the big and little kinks. You can them wind them around your hand in big loops if you want to walk around but don't need all 50 feet. In my case i put the loops over the newel post on banister as I leave the house and they are ready for my return.

I came up with easy idea I ordered a electricians chord reel one that says 100 ft was cheap or u can get at home Depot Lowes u know I wrapped over two hundred feet of house around it unravel as I go n wind up returning to my chill spot lol it's great trying to figure out a way to retract it lol but keeps tube off floor n out of everyone's way plus don't kink n u put the csnular thru the opening on one side it's easy way to have extra chord to go into yard with out tanks or such.

I get a 50 ft hose that is a light lavender color and it does not kink. My son orders it for me through amazon. Can't get it from the oxygen places. They just have the clear and green that does not work.

I've heard you can put it in a dryer in a pillowcase for a few minutes, pull it out and straighten it. Haven't tried it, though.
