I went to pulmary rehab a couple of years ago and the excerises I learnt there I still do them at home 20 minutes a day 5 days a week unless I get poorly but I found it helpful I haven't done much excerises since end of January when one of my daughters passed away and same day one of my Brothers passed away in different hospitals but ive not managed excerises yet apart from or 2 but I really feel the differance of not doing them so I need to start again

Good for you! Are you using a pulse oximeter to make sure your oxygen levels stay up?

Absolutely, positively, YES! I exercise six days a week. The exercise and respiratory therapy I do at home has done wonders for my COPD.
