So O2 Goes In 80s

When I walk any short distance eg from bedroom to kitchen or parked car to entrance of a store etc my O2 goes down. Resting in 90s but on walking in 80s. But as I walk more after that once I get my breath I do get better. I mean isn’t this part of having COPD. I’m on two puffers Breo Ellipta and Spiriva. Have a rescue if needed. If I were you and had access to internet I'd go to YouTube and find some easy exercises and do them every morning and if I had access to a pool I'd be in it, one of the best ways to exercise! Mind you I'd keep a close eye on my 02!!!

In 80s when get breathless and resting in the 90s. But I can bring it back - I just stop at nd wait till I get my breath back. Thank you Jean. I’m so stressed here. Sharing with a very difficult person and walk to pool takes a lot out of me. I appreciate your support Jean.
