Using Aerobika
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

Good morning everyone.
Hope everyone's having a great day. I'm wondering how many copd patients are using aerobika and if it's really helping with lung function. Any feedback would be really appreciated.
Take care and breathe easy!

The Aerobika is a device designed to get rid of mucus by loosening it so you can sough it up and out. Many people use the aerobika and are very happy with it because they can get rid of mucus and get on with their day. Acapelle is another, similar tool, and there are a number of others as well. Some people do very well with these tools; others use that plus a whole lot of other methods and tools to get rid of mucus.
