Recently I Have Became So Tired With Low Energy. Does Anyone Experience Fatigue And Do You Have Any Suggestions. Thank You Breath Easy

I got easily fatigued n tired before I got a exercise routine.....now I rarely get run down.....good luck and breath ez

My pulmonologist suggested vitamin D3 to help with the fatigue. I’ve also tracked mine to eating, so I fast most days until after I get my errands done so that I’m not driving tired.

You’ll probably have to track your habits for a bit to see if there are any definable routines which trigger the sleepiness, @A MyCOPDTeam Member, but as @A MyCOPDTeam Member says, regular exercise helps to build up your stamina and fight exhaustion.
