Are you using ;oxygen all night? At how many liters/minute? You could try upping that. Also, try pursed-lip breathing, long on the outbreath to make sure you're getting rid of all the air. Do this for several minutes until your chest starts to feel lighter. I do deep breathing exercises every morning. Check on line for yoga breathing. Good luck!
What setting are you at resting or when you go to bed. Are you a restless sleeper? Do you move around a lot in bed? Any of this might lower you lrvrls. just saying, Best to check with your Pulminoligist............❤️
I think I'd ask for an overnight oximetry test to see if your overnight 02 liter flow is adequate. You could try using your rescue inhaler first thing to see it that encourages better breathing. A sleep study might also be important to determine if you might need something like a bi-pap or Trilogy to help with accumulated CO2. I think I'd get both the sleep study and the overnight oximetry tests done just to be sure there's not something obvious that's been missed.
Yes oxygen all night at 2L/minute. I will do more pursed lip breathing because I know I have trapped CO2. I do Pilates and that breathing is also good, thanks for that
That was happening to me and I discovered I was pulling the canuula off in my sleep and then I couldn't figure out why my numbers were low. lol I had to start putting medical tape on them to my face.
