You could be low on magnesium. Calm powder lemon raspberry is what I use. Or magnesium spray.look into it. Both have made a difference for my leg pain good luck fyi I avoid prescription meds.i try to do all natural remedies first.

Hi Christy I have copd emphysema and high blood pressure I get backaches sideaches headaches cramps in my feet so yes u can have high blood pressure and aches and pain just bout any where I suppose I'd talk to Dr bout you're blood pressure tho I take meds for mine hugs to you my friend 🙂
