Yes I get dreadful back pain standing to do the dishes but I also have Celulitus & Lymphedema which doesn’t help. Due to these ailments I can’t walk & get really out of breath which means I can’t exercise etc. my weight gain also depresses me badly BUT I’m still above ground so I’m thankful. Keep breathing folks.

This could be due to the physical activity you're doing: dishes, cooking, moving around, lifting pans, food, etc. It could also be from using your shoulder muscles to help you breathe. A Physical Therapy assessment could probably identify the cause and make some suggestion as to how you could reduce it with exercise or stretching.
