Since i have been diagnosed with COPD i find that every 2 months i will get eczema or itchy scalp and back for about a month. The patches that itch seem to be areas bearing more weight. Does anyone have this problem too?
My bet is on the COPD. Just give it time and the itch will appear on many parts of your body. I have a good cream I put on, but that itch goes away and it appears in another place another day. I'm… read more

I am only on inhalers . If I get hit or anything on my arms it"s instant blood bruise !! Why .. What can help.. What causes this ?? (update.) .. Have went to a skin doctor she said that cotizones or any type of skin creams with this helps make thin skin . . prednisone really is bad for the skin .. .When outside long sleeves.. taking vitamin c to help built up collagen in the skin . Go back well now the end of this month Aug
The prednisone makes the little thin arteries become more thinner. when u hit your arms they burst. Leaving a blood bruise . My dermatologists said there no cure for it.
I've started getting an itchy back and occasionally other areas. Started taking Spiriva Feb.10 and can't say I noticed the itching until around Mar. 21. It has been with me off and on since then, but definitely everyday. I at first thought it may be a new detergent I started using but I've worn clothes that weren't washed in it and I still get itchy. Other than Spiriva, I can't think of anything else changing.
I have been on spire a for about 5 6 years and found no trouble hope you get well soon
I would have the sea and beaches I have the opportunity to travel in the next year. What would be some suggestions for places to travel with COPD I have moderate copd and am on oxygen at night.
I live in Canada and would be flying out of Calgary.
Would love to hear of any semi-tropical or sea side places I could visit.
Make sure you have an order from your Dr and you will probably be able to rent one Stay away from hot humid places you won't be able to breathe in that air
I have emphysema
I only use it when I have infections and flare ups, which seems to be a lot lately.
