SAMBUCOL CHEWABLE TABLETS
What is the best way to take Sambuca? Does it really help?
I am on ox 24/7. My nose drips clear when I walk or move around a lot. Help, it really is hard to breath when I have to stop and constantly wipe my nose.
Sambucus does not interact with anthing, no adverse effects. Only Sambucol brand (Chewable only)is effective for COPD. Pharmacist not studied in natural meds will allways recommend what they sell weather effective or not.
I thought it was supposed to help with your breathing.
Check with your pharmacist to see if sambuca will interact with any of your current medications. If not, you could also ask whether they believe it makes any difference in catching or curing a cold.
