Yes. I have a FitBit. I mainly use to check my BP under stress and my sleep quality. I’ve been told it’s not reliable for O2. But thinking of getting a better quality one to be more accurate.

Hi Steve,
I have golf buddy, gives me steps and distance to the green in yard s,
I have fingers to take my pulse.
I breath hold by counting mentally and that tells me a lot about my health.
Hope you still fit and breathing through your nose.
Take care,
Kish Tura

I have a IWatch and it measures many things during the day (steps, standing time, etc) and at night it measures my 02 levels, sleep habits, and heart rate.
