Lightheadedness or disorientation isn't generally a symptom of COPD. However, it could be the result of 02 deprivation, increasing CO2 levels or something else. It's definitly something to discuss with your pulmonologist.

All the time lately. Also more shortness of breath. The humidity level here (Chicago) has been high. I believe humidity levels have much to do with worsening of cold symptoms.
