In the morning, I would get dizzy and the room would go around in a circle. I thought it was a reaction to Dulera inhaler I took the night before. I cut down on the inhalations to once a day and eventually the dizziness went away. I still would let your Doctor know as it could be a reaction to your medication. Feel better, Hugs to you

I would definitely talk with my doc about it. Dizziness is a symptom of Lord knows how many things, but not COPD as far as I know. It could be related to not enough 02 or too much CO2, and could be a side-effect of some medication. I don't remember dizziness being a known side-effect of any of the inhalers we typically use, though it might be.

Dizziness can be a result from some med or too much or too little oxygen. Talk to your pulmonologist.
