First of all, you need to find a center that actually does lung transplants and see if you are eligible for one there. There are age limitations, but they are center-specific and not universal (I know people who've been turned down at age 60 and those who have been over 75 when they had their TX). There are basic criteria, but each center has their own and they can vary in many ways.
