I'd suggest you talk with your pulmonologist or your pharmacist; either may have information that could be useful to you in determining the order or they may tell you it doesn't matter. Assuming that you are nebulizing long acting muscarinic agents, beta agonists and inhaled corticosteroids, it shouldn't matter what order you take them in as they are all targeting different receptors, but check with both to be sure they agree.

I also do 3 nebulizer meds and find your question interesting. I do a bronchial dialator, corteroidsteroid, and another bronchial dialator in succession. Usually takes about 25 minutes for all and I rinse my mouth out after each one. Will be watching to see responses you get.
