COPD. No oxygen yet but I’ve had some problems with shortness of breath turned into full blown panic.

You can fly with COPD, but you will probably want to talk with your doc about using 02 to fly. The is a test, called the High Altitude Simulation Test, that you can take that will help you determine how much 02 you'll need to be safe and comfortable.
