On oxygen and CPAP Last PFT numbers were bad Wondering why they are taking so long to approve disability I can't work with SOB or stamina so low They just sent mail wanting to know about my headaches Really ? Who cares if my head hurts when I can't breathe? I have worked since the age of 13 and now that I can't anymore this is how I am treated It's a real slap in the face for me
You may want to find an attorney who can help you. I know that'll cost money, but you've waited a long time and maybe that would speed the process up.
The SSDI process is slower in some states than others. Even slower since Covid. No state is over 50% APPROVAL right off the bat! Your Lawyer's fees are capped to a certain amount so there's no rush for her to run them down to the Courthouse either.
But she should have read the Disability BLUE book by now. There are a lot of Clues in there about your medical status which could help your claim along.
