Thank you Teresa for your information, I'm sitting with a heart monitor on right now had a ECG this morning and we'll have my friend return the monitor tomorrow so after it's red we'll plan next steps.

I have pulmonary arterial hypertension, which I was diagnosed with after early year of testing following by COPD exacerbation in 2018. It I currently take one 10 mg tablet of Opsumit daily very costly, but have assistance from different funds to help me pay for it. I really can see the difference in taking it though.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member I didn't mean to imply that my ankles and legs don't swell AT ALL, they just do when I'm on my feet a lot. I have a very good Nephrologist that is handling most of my medication, and I am very thankful for him.

Secondary Pulmonary Hypertension isn't uncommon for patients with COPD. Unfortunately, it's not something that can be easily managed and controlled, so if yours is controlled, count yourself lucky. It generally requires a great balance between meds, 02 and exercise.
