Walk even just for a little bit. The more you do it the further you can go. I started 10 min now I can for an hour but a lot of stop ant starts. Is really really hard everyday when I leave the house. But I have to push myself. But I feel better when I do it.
I am so happy for you I try to walk but my breathing get bad it's breaks my heart not walking with my granddaughter
