Jean Paul Bonin on this site says it is Rth Solution procedure. Something was done at UAB in Birmingham AL where I live and the person is telling folks he is cured of COPD. I am trying to reach him to get more info. Paul describes his procedure in an an answer to me today on here,,,,going in one lung at a time and caterizing where the mucus etc is.....check out his answer to me. Thanks

There is no experimental procedure that eliminates COPD; unfortunately that isn't possible at this point. Are you thinking about the valves that can be placed in the lungs? Some of those have worked remarkably well and produced great results. The real problem is that we don't know why some people have great results and others don't.
