Not for COPD inflammation, @A MyCOPDTeam Member. My podiatrist recommended B6 supplements to fight my foot neuropathy, stating that it was a good substitute for leafy greens (which are missing from my diet as I can’t tolerate veggies or fruits, among other things).

Here’s a good summary of a study done by Harvard on what B6 supplements may be good for:

I, personally, use Marshmallow Root supplements to improve my lung health, along with halo therapy (himalayan sea salt spa inhalation therapy), and I find those two choices aid me a lot.

Have you talked to your doctor about an old-school theophylline treatments? I take 400 mg daily of Theo Dur 24 EX (extended release capsules) and swear by that treatment.

*** I’m not a doc, and this is not medical advice *** please talk to your pulmonologist or respiratory therapist about whichever treatments you decide to try.

Good luck.
