It's not a question of which is better; it's which do you need. If you have sleep apnea, you probably will need a c-pap. If you need 02 as well, you can attached the cannula to the c-pap machine.

I'm thinking oxygen would be better, the cpap looks quite intrusive. Should know more next week.

I have oxygen at night and also ambulatory or doing something strenuous. I don't think I would like a Cpap machine. Thankfully wasn't prescribed it.
