Talk to a RT or your pulmonologist and ask them to measure your inhalation strength to determine if you have enough get the Trelegy where it needs to go. If not, you can find meds you can take with the strength you have.

I also use Trelegy and am able to inhale it to the count of 14. However, this morning after doing that, I noticed that my inhaler had turned red. So, now I don't know if I actually did take a dose this morning or not. But, I do have my rescue inhaler and a couple of others.
