I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you can find relief and comfort quickly.

Talk with your doc about increasing the amount of 02 you should use for walking. They should have you walk up and down the hal in the office the same you do at home. If you use stairs at home, go up the stairs. You want to do the thing that's hardest for you because it will demonstrate yu=our need for 02.

You say you can't walk. Can you not walk at all, or you can't manage both the tank and walking at the same time? If the tank is too heavy for you to manage, see if you can't get smaller tanks. The other thing you might consider is talking with your doc about a wheelchair or scooter.

I'm sorry. This is a disease is so unfair. I wish I had an answer. On T.V. they make it look so easy.

I have to use my rollator when I am out with my portable concentrator. That darn thing is heavy. My son put a hook on the side of the rollator so I can hang it.
