yes, i use a nasal spray gel. it helps.
I am now on O2 24/7 as my FEV1 is 14%. My O2 level drops below 88 even at rest without supplemental O2

Get a humidifier, also use Ary gel

I had the same problem I used a nose spray at first then I turned up the temperature in the CPAP to add more moisture to the air if you don't have a CPAP or BiPAP your oxygen machine can except a humidifier

I have not had that issue in fact, it has been quite the opposite but my sister,who is a nurse said that she has used a humidifier and she suggested a bottled humidifier for the oxygen concentrator to keep the nose from drying out and causing the patient to have nosebleeds.

I use a dry nose spray gel . That works really well by Neilmed .
