Hi All,
This will take your mind of copd for few minutes, bear with me.
There was 3 chaps with little signs of copd, all applying for a 007 rule of James Bond.
This film director interviewed all 3 of them one by one.The director said to first young man, imagine you are in a desert and it’s very hot and dry ; what would you take with you to keep cool, the first man said I would take a bottle of whiskey and when I am hot I would have a large drink. The director said that he’s got to interview 2 more people, after these two he would let him know whether he’s got the part to play James Bond in the next film.
The director said the same to the second chap about the hot desert and what would he take to keep cool and the the chap said he would take some water with him and soon as he feels hot or dry he would have a sip of water. The director was very impressed but he said he’s got one more chap to interview and then he would let him know whether he’s good the rule as 007.
So following day was the final interview and the same question was put to the last man about the desert and what he would take with him and the final candidate said he would take with a car door with him,the director said a car door, how is that going to keep you cool and the chap said, when I feel hot and bothered I would wind the car door window down——sorry it’s only a joke but bit different.
So basically don’t got hot in first place.Have a car that’s got air-conditioning Stay cool ,wear less clothing, drink more fluid and ABOVE all breathe through your nose, you will never have a dry mouth.
Best wishes to you all ,

Just drink a lot of water with a drop op 0% suger syrup.
I live in a high rise building in city centre of Rotterdam wil a lot of glass windows.
So sunshades down,in the early morning windows open. And although i have AC,a ceiling fan works better.
But it’s getting hotter every year during summer( and no snow or ice in winter anymore )

@A MyCOPDTeam Member, I am so happy you enjoyed Corfu ! What a wonderful adventure. In my case, I am just the opposite of most and that heat never bothers me. I live in a desert-like micro climate which enhances my quality of life. Humidity is my aggravator, but not dry heat.

Have a good day.
