I use Anoro, plus I have an Albuterol rescue inhaler.

I have COPD emphysema. The only thing I take for it every day is Trelegy Ellipta. I have an Albuterol rescue inhaler. Also, I use a nebulizer, when my breathing is really bad. That nebulizer is a miracle. It helps a lot!
