That's true it does go into the lungs. I used it for awhile and it helped me but I tried to drink lots of water to flush it out

I find the colder the house is the better I can breath. I much prefer the colder weather instead of the hot muggy weather

Does anyone else have pain and spasms in the muscles of your rib cage? If so what helps these r so painful.
Try putting a small pillow behind your lower back and see if it helps.

Cedefrin, I took 2 pills, it's an antibiotic, gave me diarrhea for a week and half.
All very interesting. I still keep on with Vitamin C
