Anyone Have Bloting, And Swelling ?
A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have blotting in the stomach after every meal. Is this common? I also started swelling in my ankles and hands to day after a doctor visit. And my doctor said everything looked good

The swelling of the feet and ankles is due to poor circulation, put a pillow under your feet at night to raise them above your hip level this will help. Also have your lower legs from the knee down to your toes massage and use a soothing oil. it helps and feels good.
Your stomach Bloating? are you Constipated? As I get bloated every-time I'm constipated from the Medicine I take.
